More than an image database...
Profit through Digital Asset Management. Manage your digital assets such as images, documents and videos. With the new MAM 2.0 you can also organise your work quickly and intuitively. For staff, partners and customers.
File System Monitoring
Irrespective of whether your media and picture data are located on a local drive, on a server or on the internet, the system monitors as many file locations as desired, analyses your data and makes it conveniently and clearly available via the user interface. Find your media data with the intuitive search filters or browse through your assets with media database file navigator »
Mass Meta-tagging
You can quickly and methodically update the information in as many assets as desired. Simply select the appropriate assets in the image database and open them in the detail view. Now you can edit the required information or metadata and save them again. Of course, only the information you select will be replaced in the files you select. Providing External Access to the Media and Image Database
Partners or externs do not always receive full access to the Media Asset Management System.
With the help of an eTicket you can make selected assets available for a set period of time, in one or more formats, to people who don't have access to the media database.
The media database automatically generates an email that is then sent to the external recipient. The appearance of the email is individually configurable. Each user of the media management system can be given access to various email templates, with which they can make the access information in the eTicket available to the external user.
eTickets can be viewed via the eTicket browser. Should you choose not to set a password for the eTicket, one click on the link in the email will provide access to the asset for a limited time. You can decide which metadata is sent and how they can be viewed by the eTicket recipient via the simple central configuration of the media and image database. Binders and Project Folders
Organise your daily work on your assets in the image database with JobPackages.
For a task or a new project you can simply create a new task binder and pull in the desired assets using Drag & Drop. You can then select and give access the team that needs to be able to view and work on the task binder. You can link the JobPackage to a project folder in the file system as required. More about project folders in the image database »
There is a task list available for every task binder where the individual team members for the task binder can be assigned tasks. Members can see either all tasks or only the ones assigned to them. Using icons it is easy to recognise if a task is still open or already closed.
With the aid of team and JobPackage specific markings you can select or rank images individually, and can easily switch between personal markings and team markings for the JobPackage.
Of course, the assets in the job binder can be mass meta-tagged directly, placed in the cart, or sent as an eTicket like all assets in the image database.
Version Management
You can make changes to an asset in the media and image database, and can turn version control on and off for each asset individually. This enables you to make changes transparent for particular assets. The DAM/MAM manages the various versions for you. Compare versions with the Database Version Comparison »
Cart
You can convert various assets into defined formats and download them using the the cart in the image management view. The available formats can be configured via the media and image database administration page and can be assigned to different user groups. Files can be downloaded even faster using the Database Quick-Download »
