The file system structure of the database can be controlled via the file navigator. With the help of “Mount-Points” you can limit who can see and browse through the data in the file system.
The user interface of the MAM can be configured by user groups. Each feature can be activated or deactivated. As an example, purely for presenting data to an external partner, it is possible to switch off the search and cart options so that only one tab with the image collection, which you have defined earlier, can be seen. Every user group can be greeted with their own welcome screen if desired. In the media database the newest technologies and interface workflows have been used. Certain digital assets such as PDFs can contain more than one page. The various pages can be viewed simply and intuitively via the interface by using the reading function. For large documents it is possible to limit the page preview to 50 pages, for example.
The large and clear light table provides an easy and quick overview of your search results. The size and information content of the tiles is individually configurable, and the number of assets per page can be conveniently adjusted.
For quick selection of images users can use colour marking, star ratings and comments in addition to the actual metadata. The light table tile displays this information either on demand (when the mouse moves over the tile) or all of the time. Of course, all information can be viewed using the various filters.
Visually display the distinctions between 2 versions of an asset with MAM. Review your work by comparing revisions,
approve assets, or simply use as a tool to choose the best picture.

Simply pull one or more assets to the Quick Download area so that they can be immediately downloaded. The download version is able to be set by the user via private settings.
The interface has many types of detailed views. For example, metadata details, the fullscreen view of the image, and the version comparison. In most cases you can select multiple assets and flick through them at leisure. You can determine which details can be seen in the administration.
With the slideshow function the user can also view the asset in full-screen view. Select as many assets as you wish from the light table and view them in full-screen view.
Geo co-ordinates create a link between location (geographic co-ordinates) and images, so that assets in the region of a desired location can be displayed, the location where the image was taken can be shown on a map, or links between assets and regions can be created.
The integrated world map with high definition map images and satellite photos makes the confirmation of region, street, or even house number possible. Asset locations are able to be confirmed, displayed or saved with impressive speed. The map data is always kept at the latest version and rendered with highly precise information – A smooth workflow with integrated geographic information is guaranteed.
